How to install
Open downloaded dmg and move app to application folder like any other app.
I see a warning message, "... unidentified developer"
Go to System Preference - Security & Privacy - General tab and allow app by clicking "Open Anyway" button.

I see a warning message, "MonAmi Note is damaged and can't be opened ..."
If you see this message, likely on recent macOS, open Terminal and run following command:
xattr -d com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/MonAmi Note.app"
